THIS ENTERPRISE LICENSE AGREEMENT (“ELA”) is entered as of the Effective Date by and between Adobe Systems Incorporated (“Adobe”) and the City and County of San Francisco (“End User”). For purposes of this Agreement, the “Effective Date” means the date that a contract between End User and an authorized Adobe Reseller for the products and services contemplated by this Agreement is effective.
