This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Agreement” or “Settlement Agreement,” including all the attached Exhibits, which are an integral part of the Agreement and incorporated in their entirety by reference) is entered into by and between the Facility Defendants and Plaintiffs, individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class, in the case of Stephanea Boyce, et al. v. Gardant Management Solutions, Inc., et al., Case No. 2017-L-719, currently pending in the Circuit Court of St. Clair County, Illinois (the “Litigation”). The Facility Defendants and Plaintiffs are each referred to as a “Party” and are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
