The Property includes approximately 40.71 acres identified by Tax Map Serial Numbers 02-0416-016-00-00 and 02-0416-016-04-00. In entering this Contract, the Department relies on the representations contained in the “Non Responsible Party Application for Voluntary Cleanup Contract" of September 22, 2020, and any amendments thereto, by Winyah Properties Andrews, LLC, which is incorporated into this Contract and attached as Appendix A.
