THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (this “Agreement") is made by and between The State of Colorado, Department of Higher Education, State Board for Community Colleges and Occupational Education for the use and benefit of Pueblo Community College (the “College”) and the City of Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation (the “City”), for the benefit of the Pueblo Police Department, located at 200 S. Main Street, Pueblo, CO 81003 (“PPD”). College and City are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
