This Consultant Services Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of August 1, 2023 (“Effective Date”) by and between City of Richwood, a municipal corporation of the State of Texas ("CLIENT") and Avenu Insights & Analytics, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“CONSULTANT”), collectively the Parties.
