Influencer and Ambassador (“Influencer”) agrees that Micron Technology Inc. (“Client”) shall have the right to make modifications to these Influencer and Ambassador Terms and Conditions (“ITC”) and any of the policies or guidance included therein, and Influencer shall comply with any such modifications, so long as such modifications are provided in writing to Influencer. These ITC supplements the Influencer and Ambassador Agreement (“IA” or “Agreement”).
