Kenny (the “Executive”) is currently employed as Chief Executive Officer of Digitas LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, whose sole shareholder is Digitas Inc., a Delaware Corporation, under an Employment Agreement dated January 6, 1999 (the “Agreement”) between the Executive and Bronner Slosberg Humphrey, LLC, a predecessor to Digitas Inc.; and
