This agreement (the “Agreement”) sets out the terms of use and sets forth terms and conditions which governs the use and access of NIUM Canada Corporation’s (formerly known as InstaReM Canada Corp.) services (hereinafter referred to as (“InstaReM – Powered by NIUM") provided by NIUM Canada Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", “we,” “us,” and “our”).
