This Casing Removal Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of January, 2017 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Marathon Pipe Line LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, whose address is 539 South Main Street, Findlay, Ohio 45840 (“MPL”) and The City of Fishers, Hamilton County, Indiana, an Indiana municipality duly organized pursuant to the laws of the State of Indiana, whose address is One Municipal Drive, Fishers, IN 46038 (“REQUESTER”), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties.”
