These General Terms of Use (these “General Terms”) are incorporated by reference into the Social Sentinel Order Form (the “Order Form”) executed between the Client identified on the applicable Order Form and Social Sentinel, Inc. (“Social Sentinel”) (together, the “Parties”). Products (as defined below) may be offered by Social Sentinel and subscribed to by Client from time to time in accordance with the Agreement, including any addenda, schedules, and exhibits hereto entered into between Social Sentinel and Client (any such addendum, schedule or exhibit, individually an “Addendum,” and collectively, “Addenda”). These General Terms, the Order Form, and any approved Addenda or schedules will be the entire agreement by and between Parties (the “Agreement”).
