THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”) is entered into this day of _, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”), by and between the City of Moorhead, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Minnesota (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and National Audubon Society, Inc. d/b/a Audubon Dakota, whose post office address is Black Building, 118 Broadway, Fargo, North Dakota 58102 (hereinafter referred to as “Audubon”).
