Enron North America Corp., a Delaware corporation ("Company"), and NG Energy Trading, L.L.C., an Oklahoma limited liability corporation ("Customer"), referred to collectively as the "Parties," enter into this Master Firm Purchase/Sale Agreement (together with all Transactions, collectively, this "Agreement") effective as of the 1st Day of May, 2001 (the "Effective Date"). The ENFOLIO General Provisions set forth in Appendix "1" shall apply to this Agreement.
