THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the City of Burleson, Texas, a Texas home‐rule municipal corporation (“Licensee”), and First Baptist Church of Burleson, a Texas non‐profit corporation (“Licensor”) and is effective on the date of the last of the signatures of Licensee and Licensor.
