MUDr. Robert Grill, Ph.D., MHA, director, ref. no. KH 65/2016, a cost center: 29060, hereafter “Institution” Tato smlouva se zdravotnickým zařízením o provedení neintervenční studie (dále pouze „smlouva“), datovaná , se uzavírá mezi těmito stranami: - TFS Tr
