THIS AGREEMENT was made and entered into as of November 1st, 2009 by and between RIKEN, an Independent Administrative Institution under the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japanese government engaged in wide-ranging research activities, whose address is 2-1 Hirosawa, Wako-shi, Saitama, 351-0198 Japan and The University of Manchester (hereinafter “Collaborator”), whose address is Sackville Street Building, Sackville street, School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Manchester, Manchester, U.K. RIKEN and/or Collaborator hereinafter being referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
