General Services Contract • December 5th, 2024

This General Services Contract (“Contract”) is entered by and between the City of Bastrop, a Texas Home-Rule Municipal Corporation (the “City”), and Brightview Landscape Services Inc., acting by Brightview Landscape Services Inc. (the “Engineer/Contractor”), and together with the City jointly referred to as the “Parties,” for the following work described on the Scope of Services, Exhibit A-2, attached and incorporated herein to this Contract (the “Work” or “Project” or “PKS-2025-01 MAINTENANCE, MOWING & LANDSCAPING SERVICES for PARKS AND PUBLIC BUILDINGS”).
