LIMITED SCOPE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEENProfessional Services Agreement • December 19th, 2022 • Texas
The Texas Facilities Commission (hereinafter referred to as “TFC”), a state agency located at 1711 San Jacinto Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78701, as Owner (as defined in UGC, Section 1.28) and J. E. Dunn Construction (hereinafter referred to as “Professional Service Provider,” or “PSP”), located at 1601 South MoPac Expressway, Barton Skyway Two, Suite 450, Austin, Texas 78746, enter into the following agreement for professional engineering services (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) pursuant to the Professional Services Procurement Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 2254, Subchapter A, to be effective as of the Effective Date (as defined below). The project for which PSP agrees to provide Professional Services is generally described as preparing a construction cost estimate for the Schematic Design Documents (as defined below) of the Camp Hubbard Renewal project located at 4000 Jackson Avenue, Austin, Texas, 78731 (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Project”).
