This Mobile Application End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you , in your professional capacity as a real estate broker ("End User" or "you") and BOSA DEVELOPMENT CALIFORNIA II INC., ("Company"). This Agreement governs your use of the “SavinaByBosa” application (including all related documentation, the "Application"). The Application is licensed, not sold, to you.
