Entire Agreement: This Contract comprises the entire agreement between the City of Seattle (Seattle) and the Contractor. The Contract is defined to explicitly include the City’s Purchase Order/Vendor or Blanket Contract, the City’s Solicitation and all Addendums and Vendor’s Offer. Where there are conflicts between these documents, the controlling documents will be in that same sequence, with the first taking priority over the last listed.
