(“Fund”), Dimensional Fund Advisors LP (“Adviser”), and DFA Securities LLC (“DFAS”) (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”). Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Agreement.
