I/we, the Depositor(s) authorize Security State Bank (the Bank), to deliver periodic account statements and check images to our e-mail address listed below. The account information will be encrypted with Adobe Encryption and must be opened by a Password of my choosing, also listed below. Upon transmission of the e-mail directed to the Depositors e-mail address; the Depositor will have sole responsibility for maintaining security of the e-mail including the e-mail provider, and users of your personal computer or computer network. Depositor further agrees to indemnify and hold the Bank harmless from and against any and all loss, cost, damage, liability, or exposure (including reasonable attorney’s fees) we or you may suffer or incur as a result of the unlawful use, unauthorized use, or misuse by any person of any such e-mail or electronic delivery of statement.
