This is an agreement between Randolph Communications and you to provide Randolph Communications Internet ("the Service"). By establishing an account, using the Service or equipment or indicating agreement through the software or website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and to use the Service in compliance with the Randolph Communications Internet Service Agreement and Randolph Communications Acceptable Use Policy ("the Agreements") which can be found by going to www.rtmc.net or www.rtti.net.
