This Subscription Agreement (this “Agreement”) is being delivered to the purchaser identified on the signature page to this Agreement (the “Subscriber”) in connection with its investment in GSRX Industries Inc., formerly Green Spirit Industries Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”).
