THIS LOAN ORIGINATION AGREEMENT dated as of November 25, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), by and between GREENSKY, LLC (f/k/a) GREENSKY TRADE CREDIT, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Servicer”), and REGIONS BANK, an Alabama chartered commercial bank (“Lender”), as amended December 21, 2015; July 15, 2016; and June 29, 2017.
