This LICENSE AND AGREEMENT is entered into this the day of , 2019 by and between the Town of Mooresville, a North Carolina municipal corporation (hereinafter “Town”) and the Mooresville Downtown Commission, Inc., a nonprofit corporation authorized and licensed to do business in North Carolina (hereinafter “Commission”);
