This CLOUD SERVICES AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") by and between eGAIN CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 1252 Borregas Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94089 ("eGain"), and the customer indicated in related Order Forms (“Customer”), permits Customer to use eGain Cloud Products and receive Cloud Services and other services as defined herein. The Order Forms evidence the Cloud Services to be provided, and any Cloud Product licenses granted in connection therewith.
