(the “Company”) is pleased to confirm the revised terms of your employment that become effective February 1, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), in your position as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. This letter agreement (the “Agreement”) specifies the terms and conditions of your employment by the Company from the Effective Date through June 30, 2025, except that Sections 4 (and Sections 5-12 as applicable to Section 4) of the Agreement will remain in effect thereafter.
