This Agreement is entered into by and between Dalton State College, Dalton, Georgia (hereinafter referred to as “DSC”) by and through its School of Science, Technology and Math (hereinafter referred to as “SSTM”) and The University of Tennessee, on behalf of its Chattanooga, Tennessee campus (hereinafter referred to as “UTC”) by and through its College of Engineering and Computer Science (hereinafter referred to as “CECS”). This Agreement implements the educational (transition) pathway for students completing their Associate of Applied Science degrees from SSTM at DSC into the bachelor’s degree programs hosted in CECS at UTC.
