Contract Type FiledMarch 24th, 2021This Umbrella Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Umbrella Agreement") shall be for the purpose of collaboration between the Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) test and evaluation capabilities of the NASA Langley Research Center and the adjacent UAS test and evaluation capabilities at Fort Monroe in Hampton, VA. Over the life of this Umbrella Agreement this collaboration is envisioned to permit extension of the airspace available for testing beyond the Langley CERTAIN UAS test range to also include Fort Monroe airspace and regional corridors, to permit NASA access to data from a ground based detect and avoid radar being planned by the partner, and permit Langley researchers to have access to research activities and use cases under test by government and industry customers at the partners' facility. The initial work planned under this annex will provide the integration needed to support NASA Advanced Air Mobility, High Density Vertiplex flight tests beyond visual line
