THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) is made effective by and between the Port San Luis Harbor District, acting as landowner and responsible party, hereinafter referred to as “Harbor District”, and the Point San Luis Lighthouse Keepers, Inc., a California public benefit corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Keepers” Inc., a nonprofit corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Keepers”, both acting in accordance with Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions for the purpose of public park and recreation area purposes. See Quitclaim Deed recorded August 27, 1992 (Document No. 1992‐059082) in the office of the Clerk‐Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo, California, page 1, and included Reference Documents.
