THIS AGREEMENT made on this day of August, 2015 between the City of Rapid City, 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, South Dakota 57701, hereinafter referred to as OWNER, and Progressive Urban Management Associates, hereinafter referred to as CONSULTANT. This project will encompass the preparation of the Downtown Area Master Plan and Downtown Area Design Guidelines for the City of Rapid City.
