Agreement #: 2849 AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF MENLO PARK AND MINOL, INC THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into at Menlo Park, California, this 12/18/2019 , by and between the CITY OF MENLO PARK, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "CITY," and MINOL, INC., a Colorado Corporation, hereinafter referred to as “FIRST PARTY.” WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, CITY desires to retain FIRST PARTY to provide certain professional services for CITY in connection with that certain project called: Municipal utility billing services WHEREAS, FIRST PARTY has experience in performing said services and desires to and does hereby undertake to perform said services.
