This Agreement governs the use of the following UMass Five College Federal Credit Union's electronic services; referred to as Mobile Electronic Services which include “Mobile Banking,” “Mobile Deposit Capture,” and “Person to Person (P2P)” transfers provided by UMass Five College Federal Credit Union, also referred to as "UMassFive" or “Credit Union.” By using these Services to conduct transactions, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
