These Product Terms are supplementary to the General Terms agreed by the Parties and referenced in the Order Form and together shall apply to the ProID Service. Additional Terms may also apply depending on the specific Datasets purchased from GBG. These Additional Terms shall form part of the Agreement where the relevant Datasets are selected on the Order Form.
