This Agreement is made by and between the City of Bozeman, hereinafter referred to as “Bozeman,” the City of Belgrade, hereinafter referred to as “Belgrade”, the Gallatin County, hereinafter referred to as "County", Montana Department of Transportation hereinafter referred to as “MDT,” and the Gallatin Valley Urban Transportation District, hereinafter referred to as “Gallatin Valley UTD.” The above entities are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
