This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of February 9, 2004 (the “Effective Date”), between Trans National Communications International, Inc. (“TNCI”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at 2 Charlesgate West, Boston, MA 02215 and Verizon Pennsylvania Inc. (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with offices at 1717 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 (Verizon and TNCI may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
