Company’s participation in the FY20 Microsoft Learning Partner Incentive Program is governed by the terms and conditions in this agreement (the “Agreement”). By selecting the “I Agree” button, Company accepts and agrees to be bound by this Agreement. You also represent and warrant that (a) you are a duly authorized representative of the Company associated with the Microsoft Partner Network program (“MPN”) location ID number you used to log into the Incentive Portal, with the legal authority to bind Company to this Agreement, and (b) you have read and understand the Agreement. Company must accept this Agreement before it can participate in any Program.
