This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the Mendon-Upton Regional Teachers Association (Association) and the Mendon-Upton Regional School Committee (Committee). This Memorandum of Agreement amends the collective bargaining agreement which was in effect from November 2014 to June 30, 2017. Where said collective bargaining agreement is not amended, modified or revised by this Memorandum of Agreement, then such provisions shall remain in full force and effect for the duration of the collective bargaining agreement. Now, therefore the parties hereby agree as follows:
