THIS MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT, entered into on June 21, 2022 by and between the BUCKS COUNTY INTERMEDIATE UNIT #22, (hereinafter referred to as “Bucks IU”) and PENNRIDGE SCHOOL DISTRICT, (hereinafter referred to as “SCHOOL DISTRICT”) for the purpose of providing one (1) school district classrooms for the Bucks IU Early Childhood Programs described in paragraphs three through five of the recitals to this Agreement (the Early Childhood Programs).
