This Agreement is to provide EMT students the opportunity to acquire the required clinical experience as prescribed by the Southern Nevada Health District and to engage in the necessary training to provide appropriate general patient care. Exhibit A is in reference to the Community Ambulance Ride-Along Waiver Agreement Assuming Risk of Injury or Damage Waiver and Release of Claims and Indemnity Agreement. Exhibit B is in reference to the Community Ambulance Ride-Along Waiver Coronavirus/COVID-19 Addendum.
