If the hire is cancelled, we will return the deposit only if the hot tub is hired out to another customer for the same hire period. Any costs incurred by Heavenly Hot Tubs due to damage casued to the Hot Tub, excessive cleaning, broken, non-working or missing parts will be paid by the Hirer.
