Michigan State University's College of Agriculture and Natural Resources ("MSU CANR") and West Shore Community College (WSCC), pursuant to this Consortium Agreement (the "Agreement"), agree to provide inter-institutional instructional programs in Fruit and Vegetable Crop Management Certificate and Associate of Applied Arts & Sciences (AAAS) (each a "Program" and collectively, the "Programs").
