THIS LEASE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the Laramie Chamber Business Alliance, a Wyoming non-profit corporation and statutorily-authorized community development organization (“LCBA”) and Bright Agrotech, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“BRIGHT AGROTECH”) formerly known as Bright Agrotech, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. To the extent the City of Laramie is referenced herein, it shall be referred to as (“City”).
