The Pawtucket Water Supply Board (“PWSB”) and the Division of Public Utilities and Carriers (“Division”) have reached an agreement regarding the PWSB’s February 4, 2015 Application To Change Rate Schedules. As such, the PWSB and the Division jointly request approval of this Settlement Agreement by the State of Rhode Island Public Utilities Commission (hereinafter “Commission”).
