(Division of Highway, Water and Waste Water, Vehicle Maintenance and Transfer Station), Facilities and Recreation (Division of Buildings & Grounds, Cemetery and Parks) as set forth in Article I Sections 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 and in Article II Section 2.3 of this Agreement.
