CLINICAL STUDY AGREEMENTThis clinical study agreement (“Agreement”), dated 23-March 2017 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by Medpace, Inc., with its principal office and place of business at 5375 Medpace Way, Cincinnati, Ohio 45227, United States of America ("Medpace”), and Ústřední vojenská nemocnice – Vojenská fakultní nemocnice Praha, with its principal office and place of business at U Vojenské nemocnice 1200, 169 02 Praha 6, Czech Republic ("Institution”). Medpace and Institution are collectively referred to herein as parties (the “Parties”).
