This Memorandum of Understanding (“Agreement”), entered into on this 13th day of December 2022, (“Effective Date”) by and between the Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas for and on behalf of the University of Arkansas Community College Batesville (hereinafter “UACCB”), located at 2005 White Drive, Batesville, Arkansas 72501 and Lyon College (hereinafter, “Lyon”), located at 2300 Highland Road, Batesville, Arkansas 72501.
