This Agreement governs your use of the Mobile Remote Deposit Service (the "Service"). By enrolling to use the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, the End User License Agreement attached as Schedule A hereto, and the Terms and Conditions Agreement and Disclosures, including the sections entitled “Your Ability to Withdraw Funds” and “Common Features” (together, the “Deposit Agreement”).
