This Token Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions that govern your purchase of certain Ethereum-based ERC20-compatible GST tokens (“GST” or “Tokens”) from gamestars.io (together with its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates, hereinafter - “Company” or “gamestars.io party” or “we” or “us”), and is an agreement between you or the entity that you represent (“Buyer” or “you”) and the Company. Buyer and the Company are herein referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
