THIS INTER-LOCAL AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as "ILA ") is made and entered into by and between the Dallas County Community College District (hereinafter referred to as "DCCCD"), a Texas political subdivision of higher education, on behalf of Richland College (hereinafter referred to as "College") 12800 Abrams Road, Dallas, TX 75243, and Garland Independent School District, (hereinafter "GISD"), a Texas Political subdivision of secondary education, pursuant to the authority granted in compliance with section 29.908 of the Texas Education Code (“TEC”).
